Food technology from processing to packaging
Anuga FoodTec takes place from 23 to 26 February 2027 at the Cologne exhibition centre. Koelnmesse organises the trade fair with DLG as its conceptual sponsor. It covers processing and packaging machinery, components and equipment for food and beverage production. Under its Navigate Complexity theme, the 2027 edition highlights data-led control, secure connectivity and resource-efficient processes. The programme includes robotics, automation and production analytics.
Who comes to Cologne to evaluate lines and components
Koelnmesse lists food, beverage and pet food producers, machine manufacturers, engineering companies and independent laboratories among its trade audiences. For a team planning a packaging line, an inspection station raises questions about control interfaces, product changeovers and the handling of rejected packs. A live demo gives them a place to discuss these questions directly with equipment suppliers.
Make the path of an inspected pack visible
Transparent guards let visitors see the inspection module and the reject path. Sample trays at the infeed and a separate meeting area keep the demonstration distinct from planning conversations. The 108 m² island concept for fictional LYVOREX LINE INSPECTION shows this sequence along one conveyor. X24seven designs stands and can coordinate installation and dismantling.
