Food, agriculture and horticulture in Berlin
Grüne Woche takes place at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds from 15 to 24 January 2027. Regional and international producers present foods ranging from fruit and vegetables to meat, fish and drinks. The agricultural displays and specialist events cover organic food, bioenergy and sustainable raw materials. Guided tours in 2027 also spotlight AgTech, FoodTech and start-ups.
A tasting audience and buyers with specific questions
Food producers and agricultural exhibitors meet consumers alongside buyers from retail and gastronomy and professionals from agriculture and industry. Messe Berlin describes direct sales, product trials and feedback as reasons to exhibit. A preserve maker can use a quick tasting to gather reactions to flavour, while trade contacts need time to compare pack sizes, provenance and delivery options.
Separate the tasting queue from conversations about supply
An open aisle counter lets visitors sample apple and quince preserves without crossing the route to the rear meeting table. A shelf with jars and provenance graphics gives the host a place to explain the orchard and compare products. POMARIVA ORCHARD is a fictional exhibitor. Its 48 m² concept places a birch arch and illuminated orchard graphic around these two visitor routes. X24seven offers stand design and coordinates construction, setup and dismantling.
