Travel products and the systems behind them
ITB Berlin takes place from 16 to 18 March 2027 at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. Destinations exhibit alongside tour operators, hotels, airlines and business travel suppliers. The Travel Technology segment covers reservations, hotel software, distribution and payments. The convention adds industry discussions on digital transformation.
Who comes to compare products and systems at ITB Berlin
Destination organisations and travel suppliers use the fair to meet distribution partners and present programmes to buyers. The organiser’s Buyers Circle targets roles including purchasing and contracting managers, heads of product and corporate travel decision-makers. Hotel and travel teams also meet software vendors and start-ups in the technology segment. These conversations help them assess how reservation or distribution systems would fit their operations.

A room availability demo benefits from a test scenario visitors can follow. One display shows a change to a sample hotel’s inventory and the other shows what the sales channel receives. A quiet table gives teams time to ask about integrations and rollout. X24seven applies this layout to a 56 m² peninsula stand for fictional exhibitor VARELUNE TRAVEL SYSTEMS.
