Travel experiences, distribution and technology in Dubai
Arabian Travel Market takes place at Dubai World Trade Centre from 3 to 6 May 2027. It brings together leisure, luxury, business events and travel technology. Exhibitors present destinations, airline routes, hotels, accommodation and digital services. The organiser's current visitor information emphasises experience-led journeys shaped by food, culture, wellness, adventure and events, alongside AI, connectivity and payments in travel technology.
Who meets suppliers and makes purchasing decisions?
Travel trade visitors come to source products and services, develop partnerships and learn about industry changes. The ATM Buyers' Club specifically serves senior travel decision-makers with direct purchasing responsibility in leisure, accommodation, luxury, corporate travel, business events, airlines and travel technology. Exhibitors therefore need to support scheduled conversations with buyers as well as a short, clear introduction to their offer. Destinations and experiences need an understandable route from inspiration to a business discussion.
A route demonstration with room for the next appointment
Our planning response pairs a visible itinerary-map demonstration with brochure samples and a separate two-seat meeting place. A coastal image creates a first impression; route cards and an interactive screen help explain an experience. AURICOVE JOURNEYS is a fictional travel provider. Its 36m² concept uses timber and turquoise panels, a bronze reception and open access. X24seven can adapt the stand design and coordinate the build, setup and dismantling.

AURICOVE JOURNEYS is a fictional exhibitor. Its 36m² stand introduces travel experiences through an itinerary map, route cards and brochures, with a two-seat table for buyer appointments. The visualization is a design concept, not a completed client project.
