Metalworking systems connect machining, automation and measurement
EMO Milano takes place at Fieramilano Rho from 4 to 8 October 2027. The exhibition covers metal-cutting and metal-forming machine tools, robots and automation, additive manufacturing, tooling, components, metrology and quality control, digital manufacturing and AI. Its current themes connect manufacturing technology with resource use, environmental impact and the digitalisation of production.
Machine suppliers meet industrial users with production questions
Machine-tool, automation and tooling suppliers meet industrial users across manufacturing sectors. The current brochure illustrates that sector context using the previous Milan edition, including machinery manufacturers, automotive and transport, and aeronautics and aerospace; those historical figures are not used as a 2027 forecast. For our stand planning, the resulting conversation starts with a machining task: let visitors inspect a finished workpiece, relate it to the enclosed machine display and compare the measurement approach before moving to a separate project table.
A finished part links machine display and technical discussion
METRAVIO CUT is a fictional exhibitor. Its 112m² concept uses a closed-guard CNC display, a long workpiece/toolholder/metrology island and a four-chair project table. Two lime pylons and a white toolpath wall keep the three open sides legible. X24seven offers stand design and coordination of construction, setup and dismantling. The visualization is a concept, without a tested machining-performance claim or a completed customer project.

For EMO Milano, Livia connects the enclosed CNC display with finished workpieces, toolholders and the metrology comparison. Two monitor views and a dimensioned plan preserve the current graphite/lime stand, machine position, sample island and four-chair project table. Exhibition experience guides AI-assisted spacing so a manufacturing question can move from the physical part to the machine and then into a focused project conversation.
