Energy services, grids and flexibility in Essen
E-world energy & water takes place at Messe Essen from 16 to 18 February 2027. The exhibition covers energy services, information technology, energy trading and supply, as well as grids, storage, efficiency and mobility. For 2027, the organiser highlights utility-scale storage and grid connections, flexibility models, trading, municipal energy transition and resilient infrastructure. These themes connect the technical system with the commercial decisions behind it.
Who meets at E-world, and what do they need?
The organiser brings international energy decision-makers together. Its latest event report identifies energy suppliers, municipal utilities, service providers, industrial and commercial customers, and research and development among the participating sectors, including visitors with purchasing and procurement responsibility. They come to initiate and maintain business contacts, keep appointments and exchange technical and market information. Software demonstrations and focused project discussions therefore matter alongside physical equipment.
Turn an energy scenario into a clear demonstration
Our design response is a short, legible energy-flow demonstration with a separate place for detailed conversations. Meter housings and cable samples help connect digital functions with physical infrastructure. The fictional GRIDMORA FLEX concept uses 54 m², curved copper fins and illuminated grid graphics, an interactive simulator and labelled meter plinths. X24seven can tailor the stand design and coordinate the build, setup and dismantling.

GRIDMORA FLEX is a fictional exhibitor. Its 54 m² peninsula stand puts an energy-flow simulator between an open reception and meter exhibits, with a rear table for project discussions. The visualization is a design concept, not a completed customer project.
