Global Food Week brings the food value chain together
Global Food Week is listed for 16–18 November 2027 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. The organiser brings together agricultural producers, food manufacturers, distributors, retailers, innovators and investors. Its current theme connects scalable food systems with innovation, sustainability and collaboration across borders.
Who meets at Global Food Week and why?
Producers and food brands meet buyers across retail, food service and manufacturing. The hosted buyer programme addresses senior executives, purchasing managers, procurement officers and business owners with purchasing power. They use supplier meetings to compare products and explore sourcing and distribution opportunities.
Connect tasting with a focused buyer conversation
A snack producer should make ingredients and packaging easy to inspect alongside clearly separated individual tasting portions. Keep product information close to the sample and reserve a table for discussions about formats, supply and distribution. The fictional NUTRAVA FOODS concept combines a covered sample counter, packaged product display and a separate buyer table.
