IDEX: defence and security technology in Abu Dhabi
IDEX at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi brings together defence and security technology businesses. Alongside the co-located maritime exhibition NAVDEX, it provides a setting for technical exchange, procurement conversations and international industrial cooperation.
Who meets at IDEX, and why?
Government representatives, military leaders, procurement stakeholders and international delegations meet equipment manufacturers, OEMs and prime contractors. Visitors evaluate technologies and potential suppliers and discuss cooperation. Technical credibility and an appropriate setting for detailed conversations matter as much as a visible brand.
Clear demonstrations and controlled meeting space
Our design recommendation is to make equipment easy to inspect while keeping meetings away from busy aisles. The fictional VANTERA FIELD SYSTEMS concept uses a 120 m² island for rugged logistics cases, portable power and communications equipment. Clearly lit demonstration platforms, open circulation and an enclosed consultation lounge support different stages of the visitor conversation.
Event profile and audiences: Official 2027 dates and ADNEC venueIDEX profile and procurement audiences
VANTERA FIELD SYSTEMS is a fictional exhibitor. This 12 × 10 m island concept combines graphite, white and muted olive with practical equipment displays and an enclosed consultation lounge. X24seven, based in Dubai, creates individual stand designs and coordinates full construction, setup and dismantling in Abu Dhabi.
Experience Meets AI
Over 30 Years of Exhibition Experience Meets AI
At X24seven, we combine more than 30 years of international exhibition stand experience with the latest possibilities of artificial intelligence.
For IDEX, Livia plans equipment visibility and the transition from first contact to a focused meeting. We align demonstration platforms, storage and lounge access with your product portfolio, team and booked footprint, then coordinate a buildable concept with our partners.
What makes us different: real exhibition expertise stands behind our AI. Every design brief and AI prompt is developed by experienced exhibition project managers and site managers. The result is more than an impressive visualization: a carefully considered concept designed to be built in the real world.
Whether you need a new stand design or would also like us to handle the complete build, we look forward to bringing your ideas to life.
