Foodservice and hospitality meet in Hamburg
INTERNORGA takes place at Hamburg Messe from 12 to 16 March 2027. It brings together suppliers for the out-of-home foodservice and hospitality market. The exhibition covers food and beverages, kitchen technology, digital solutions, packaging and delivery, as well as furnishings and tabletop products. Current areas address practical questions such as efficient kitchen processes, digital resource planning, takeaway packaging and new food and drink concepts.
Who compares equipment, products and operating ideas?
The organiser identifies visitors from gastronomy, hotels, catering, kitchen planning and retail, cafés and bakeries, food retail and beverage wholesale. They meet national and international suppliers to discover products and innovations and make contacts; the visitor profile includes people who influence decisions. Kitchen demonstrations help explain how equipment works in a real workflow, while product samples, menu ideas and furnishing details support comparisons for an individual business. Questions about energy use, staff workload and resource planning connect several exhibition areas.
A kitchen demonstration that leads into a focused conversation
Our planning response gives the preparation process a visible central island, with labelled appliance samples and menu cards alongside it. A clear route allows visitors to watch the demonstration without blocking reception. A separate two-seat table supports a longer conversation afterwards. CAVONI SERVE is a fictional kitchen-equipment exhibitor. Its 42m² corner concept combines terracotta, cream and stainless steel with an ingredient lightbox. X24seven can adapt the stand design and coordinate construction, setup and dismantling.

CAVONI SERVE is a fictional exhibitor. The 42m² concept combines an induction demonstration with compact appliance samples, menu cards, reception and a two-seat discussion table. The visualization is a design concept, not a completed client project.
